After leaving the store and deciding that I was going to call customer service to speak with a manager about my experience, the same customer service representative answered the phone and asked what I needed. After I told her that I would need to speak with a supervisor, she told me that she would need a reason for connecting me to a supervisor. I told her it was about a return and she told me that she could handle that.

We bought a new phone online on black Friday. There were problems with the order when we went to pick it up. It had to be canceled and reordered. We received super service from Chris M. He did a fantastic job getting everything taken care of . He was cool calm and collected. Well done Chris!

Paul Hull was probably one of the helpful cordial young man to ever help me at Best Buy. He helped me get out of some problems I was having on my Samsung phone. He didn't make a cent but did not hesitate to help and answer all my questions. Excellent service!!

Best Buy is great for offering free shipping on many of their items. However, I received an item that was shipped in an unsatisfactory condition. The product that I ordered was a collectible and it was sent with a shipping label actually on the outer box, which is a huge No-No with this type of collectible. the shipping label was placed on the collectible's box and then haphazardly ripped off, leaving half of a large shipping label sticker and residue, thus destroying any value that the collectible had. I decided to return it to this location. The attendant at the customer service desk began processing my return and didnt waste any time in blamed me for the condition of my product.

I came into the store knowing what I wanted and had questions about other items. I was never asked once for any assistance. I spent over 30mins browsing and watched two sales associates standing around. I finally just got on the phone with Sirius XM and was able to buy what I wanted in minutes. l would not recommend spending money at this location.

I will say the only thing that doesn't give this place a 5-Star rating is the fact that it is a Best Buy. I dislike the company, but I love this branch. The people are always extremely helpful, but I will say that they will try to upsale you on stuff you don't need. They have a great selection, although you won't be able to get a lot of hobby electronics. If you need something that is technology related and you don't want to wait for Amazon to send it to you, then I recommend this branch highly.
