We recently bought a house in Springboro and it was surprisingly the easiest thing I have done all year! We met Carrie at an open house she was doing one weekend and mentioned the difficulty in finding what we were looking for, she sent us down the street and around the corner to a competitor and we found what we were looking for-that's also how Carrie became our agent. Carrie made us feel like her only clients as she answered our questions no matter the day or time and signing documents by phone saved so much time. She kept us grounded during negotiations and gave us valuable advice that paid off on a must fix issue with the seller. We have a wonderful new home and new friend now. I am hoping Carrie will take up selling cars - that process could use her touch! Thank you Carrie!
