Extremely quick and convenient estimate and repair! I had to repair a few things before selling my home, and they came out and for an estimate and had all the repairs completed within 24 hours! They even took pictures so I can provide them with the invoice to the buyers.
I had a leak break through the ceiling of my kitchen over night and woke up to a lake in my kitchen. Turns out there was a leak in the flashing of my chimney. I called Dependable roofing and they had someone out within 45 min of my call to assess the damage and then some one with in 2 hours of that to repair it. They were professional and courteous. The owner of the company was the one that made the repairs. He also let us know that if it started leaking again that they would come out at no cost to us to repair it again. After having 3 people (not so professionally) come look at it and tell me it was going to be an over $300 repair it and that they could "maybe" squeeze me in between two weeks from now, it was very welcome to have someone to come in and just talk straight to me and repair my house in the same day. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs home repairs.
After roof was installed on building the sides started to fall off and repeated calls to the company about this they refuse to return and correct the problem. The insurance company inspected and said it was due to improper use of the nail gun by the installing crew. I even offered to pay them and they still did not respond. Once installed they will not return for any reason.
We were very pleased with the high quality work done by Dependable Construction when they replaced our roof. They showed up on time, did high qualtity work, cleaned up after themselves and helped us work with the insurance company to get the claim filed and covered. They are the best roofing company we have worked with.
