We had the roof replaced on my mothers house which was damaged by a wind storm last summer. Not only was Lance Roofing reasonable on their estimate, but they were able to start work almost immediately. The crew removed the old roof and started replacement the next day. They got the job done in a timely manner and had the yard cleaned up and all materials gone in two days. Since the house was on the market for sale, we wanted to make sure there were no nails or debris around. We did not find one nail or piece of trash at all. The crew did an excellent job from start to finish.
5 years ago that were rotting. They did a great job at a great price. Gary Lance actually came out to make the quote, and he was very open about the work and what was needed and honored the original price despite some additional work.

Lance Roofing repaired the overhang behind our gutters that they put up
We had two great experiences with Lance's Roofing. The first was with a rental property we own where we had water leaking down onto the first floor ceiling of a two-story home. The leak was intermittent as it only happened when the wind and rain was coming our of the east. I had repair people out 3 different times trying to fix the problem at which point I switched to Lance's. The owner of the company literally identified the problem before he even got close to the valley in the roof where the leak was coming from. Lance's fixed it reasonably and we have not had a problem since. The second experience was in getting a new roof after storm damage to our main residence. We had an extremely difficult time getting State Farm to cover the expense of a new roof and we had inspectors out to the house on many occasions - Lance's always came out for a courtesy visit to meet the State Farm inspectors and ensure the correct information was being communicated and appropriate actions taking place. We finally got the new roof installed by Lance's and they did an exceptional job. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they have done for us and strongly recommend them for any roofing work you may require.
I referred Lance Roofing to a friend and she also had a positive experience with them and I will not hesitate to refer them again to anyone. Very professional from the office staff to the crew and even Mr. Lance himself.
